I have no code for door. What you can try doing is removing the fuse box in the passenger kick panel of the truck. Sometimes the code is labeled on a card and on the back of the box. If not, unfortunatly a Ford dealer will need to use there scan tool to retrieve the code for you. This is the only other solution.The driver's side door was replaced after an accident.
