The problem I am having is that on cold start it stalls as soon as soon as you put it in 1st gear and the bike starts moving. It usually takes several attempts at revving really high on the throttle to finally get it going so that it doesn't stall.

One cylinder (the right side) refuses to idle under no choke, idles okay under full and half choke, but will stall out unless you give it some throttle w/ no choke.If engine will not start, check spark and compression.
