Well, shameless advertising but my FC is a mainly English-speaking one and we're on Shiva. Which is pretty strange because shiva has the biggest german population of all server. Well, my FC has a lot of Belgians and I do notice a lot of Germans on but they all manage to speak English, even if it is bad English.I'm on Odin, which is the 2nd most populated server, and while a large junk of the population is japanese, there are still plenty of active NA and EU players around, and a handful of endgame shells running things regularly. AH is lively. I can always find pop items, rema mats, af/relic upgrades etc. I've heard really good things about Shiva and ...Dynamis is small but growing. Has incentives for new players, also you can still visit the other NA data centers while holding the buffs. For "new" players, you are gonna be directed to Dynamis.
