Isnt it kind of ridiculous that a lot of the new gen 2 engrams are past level 105. I dont think you should have to ascend on other maps just to use content you paid for. I get that the island is included with the game, but Island ascension is A LOT of work to prepare for.It will remove any non-tamed dino and force an island-wide respawn immediately (you will get a lag spike of ~60 seconds). Unless you're playing SP, in which case either works. I own Ark on PC and Xbox, but never messed with server rentals. Most of the setting are pretty straight forward. There doesn't seem to be an option or ini related to setting a tribe specific tame limit. Sorry if I've overlooked something. If anyone can help I'd appreciate it. The EXP cap is at 1 million, you advance up to 100k which has a level limit of 100, then from there it is a gradient curve where you gain, say 25k exp and advance 10 levels.. then another 25k, advance anotehr ten. By the end you raise 100k exp and go up anotehr 10 levels.. it scales a bit all the way up to 1 million exp and level 400. Quite fun.
