In warband they were good. Here they have no helmets and seem pretty weak unless you have them in a protected archer line then maybe they're halfway decent. But mounted they seem awful. Earliest one I've been able to find is the billhook in Vlandia but the Glaive (found in Khuzait) or Menvalion from imperial towns are my favorites. #9.
