As others said, different build weapons despite both causing bleed build up. I’ve run both. Moonveil is more powerful. Pole blade is more fun. Yes you should switch. Get someone to drop it for you. If you kill Yura you have locked yourself out of that quest line. You can get it by killing Eleonora. Kill Eleonora. Elenora's does fire and physical with added bleed build up, but the bleed build up is half as much as the Godskin Peeler. That is why you see it less, you burn your enemies to death before they bleed out. you can add bleed affinity to the peeler and not worrying about the rest.
