Xfinity roku app not working.

Hello, I have a Roku device in my workout room and the xfinity stream app stopped working last week. I have tried deleting the app and re-downloading. I’ve reset the Roku device. I’ve unplugged the Roku and plugged it back in. Nothing works. Why are there always problems with xfinity stream? Does anyone have a fix?I set up a pause schedule at night at 10:30. For several weeks, it worked. Now, it is suddenly not working. Like others are noting, the system says the devices are paused, and yet still accessible to the internet. Note that this includes ethernet cable-connected devices, so it's not like they are suddenly switching to another open wifi.Many Roku users complain that the Xfinity Stream app is not working or loading on their devices. I have been arguing with them for the past months that it’s the TV and they don’t want to accept it. I’ve reset the tv every way you can think off, had my internet checked out and they still say it’s not the TV now it’s the Roku programming that’s messed up. It's a very inexpensive Roku, does not have a model number on it. Has external power supply and a HDMI cable. I bought it at walmart. roku xfinity stream not working I called customer support and they stated they no longer are supporting Roku as a streaming platform. As I have been using these services for over the past 4 years this is really a disappointment as i finally got the service with internet and NOWTV that i want and then they no longer support it.
