If you have all the correct powers and grounds as inputs and the controller and module are new. There is nothing left but issues at the connector pins or at the hydraulic motor non-functional. I done a bypass and the plow works just no lights on plow. Checking the connections you assumed may be the issue is next.

I go out and check the connections, and can hear a "chattering" behind the grill. Eventually the light stops blinking and the plow will start working again. Ok so I am trying to wire my MM2 fisher plow control harness into a 2016 F150 and the installation papers are tellin me to look for a yellow/orange wire taped to the headlight harness to connect the loose red wire coming out the end of the 4pin control harness.Check both of them. check connections at the plow motor and ground and the truck battery. Make sure they are clean and tight. check the plugs, both plow side and truckside. Clean, grease, and spread the pins a bit to ensure your making good contact. make sure the motor is in good condition.Just the headlights but it completes the ground loop that the module uses to tell the plow is connected. If the plow isn't connected, the module shouldn't be enabled and the control shouldn't be on. I am just trying to simplify this as much as possible. I got it working today, it was a combination of problems 1) Solenoid was bad 2) Solenoid wasn't grounding when mounted to fender, ran a large gauge wire from solenoid to truck frame 3) little wires on little posts were backwards.
