If you replace it and it blows again, you may have a short behind the front auxiliary plug (right above the floor at the bottom of the center console).oldskewel. Dealer is full of it. The driver's door is supposed to work too, of course. A little more specifically (at least on my '99 EX), pressing the unlock button will unlock only the driver's door. Pressing it a second time will unlock all other doors as well. There may be an inline fuse that blew-out on the radio's power wire. Maybe the power surge burned it out when the new battery was hooked up. Other than that, I'm out of idea's.
