I have three Keter outdoor storage units—one to conceal a pair of ugly wheelie bins, the others to accommodate garden tools, lawnmower, planters, etc. All look smart and have functioned perfectly until recently, when one of the lid hinges broke.Terrible customer service, the storm broke my brackets on the roof and the roof blew off, the roof is undamaged and I contacted keter to ask if they sold or have supply of new roof brackets. We don't sell spare parts and require a receipt of purchase and then can send parts, its been a number of years and I don't have the receipt.Chat.
