For what you want to do, you select the region you want and type "//replace grass_block mycelium" which will replace every grass block with mycelium in that region. You could use "//replacenear 50 grass_block mycelium" to replace around a 50 block radius on you. It has alot more commands and its so useful to learn even if you aren't a builder
