The pod in my basement (where I have my temporary office) goes offline several times a day. I get disconnected from meetings, lose access to content and am generally frustrated. The troubleshooter isn't much help. Sometimes unplugging and replugging in the pod will bring it back online, but it's a hassle to have to do this multiple times per day.
