I have a 89 jeep wrangler 258 6 cylinder with a fuel delivery problem. I replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter, and lines. It seems that the bypass on the fuel filter creats a vacumm and stops gas from going to the carb. If i pore gas into the card it starts and runs till that gas is used. Any thoughts or ideas would get ths 89 back on the road.My thought is the feed will go to the fuel pump then to the larger output line from the fuel pump. Anyone have a picture of the fuel pump lines. Follow the line to the fuel filter.
